1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SquarespaceTools.com (the “Site”), operated by Long Drive Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

SquarespaceTools.com provides browser-based developer tools, utilities, and resources designed for professionals who build websites on the Squarespace platform. Our services include:

• Free tools— a selection of developer tools available at no cost, with limited functionality.
• Paid tools (per-tool pricing)— individual tools and tool packs available for one-time purchase. Pricing tiers include: Single Tool ($11.99, personal use), Mini Pro 5-Pack ($49.99), and Full Pro Pack ($149.99).
• Commercial licenses— an additional annual fee for commercial or client use of purchased tools ($29.99/year for Single Tool, $69.99/year for Mini Pro 5-Pack, $249.99/year for Full Pro Pack).

All tools run entirely client-side in your web browser. No code, design data, or project files are transmitted to our servers during tool usage.

3. Accounts & Payment Terms

Certain features and products require payment. By purchasing a subscription or downloadable product, you agree to the following:

• One-time purchases. Individual tools and tool packs are one-time purchases processed through our payment processor. Once purchased, you have permanent access to the tool(s) for personal use.
• Commercial license billing. Commercial licenses are billed annually through our payment processor. Your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all tool purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Commercial license fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes. We may adjust pricing from time to time. Existing commercial license holders will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase affecting their current plan.

4. Intellectual Property

Our property. All tools, code, designs, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of Long Drive Marketing and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our tools or Site content without our express written permission.

Your output. Any code, configurations, schemas, or other output you generate using our tools belongs to you. We claim no ownership or license over the output produced by your use of the tools. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated output without restriction.

Downloadable products. Purchased product packs are licensed for your personal or client use. You may use the contents in unlimited projects but may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product files themselves.

5. Trademark Disclaimer

“Squarespace” is a registered trademark of Squarespace, Inc. SquarespaceTools.com is an independent project operated by Long Drive Marketing and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Squarespace, Inc. Any references to Squarespace on this Site are for descriptive purposes only, to indicate the platform our tools are designed to support.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the tools or Site.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Pro access or downloadable products.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and all tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the tools will produce accurate, complete, or error-free output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any code, configurations, or other output generated by the tools before using it in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Long Drive Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any tools provided herein.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchases or remaining commercial license period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Tennessee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
